Policy Statement
MEERA Sansthan is steadfastly committed to a work environment and service delivery model in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity. Each individual has the right to work and receive services in a professional atmosphere that promotes equal opportunities and prohibits unlawful discriminatory practices, including harassment.
Therefore, MEERA Sansthan expects that all relationships among persons in the workplace and in the communities we serve will be business-like and free of explicit bias, prejudice and harassment.

Service Delivery
In all our programs, including the Healthy Child Project, Mahila Suraksha evam Salah Kendra, and our various livelihood clusters, services are provided without regard to the aforementioned characteristics. Our mission is to empower the marginalized, and we actively work to dismantle structural discrimination.
Reporting Discrimination
Any individual who believes they have been subjected to discrimination or harassment in violation of this policy should immediately report the incident to our management team or the governing body.
